About The Civic

The Civic is a very popular Portland condo building for a number of reasons.  The location is superb, on Burnside and close to Providence Park, Zupan's, Washington Park and the 23rd Street District. The MAX train picks up next door and downtown Portland and the Pearl are close by, so this is a great building if you're car free.  If you do have a car the Civic has a secure underground garage with assigned parking.

The condos at Civic range from studios that sell for around $300k to large one-bedrooms, two-bedrooms and penthouses. There is no rental cap which means all owners are able to lease out their units making this a popular choice for investors. This is a pet-friendly building too with green space nearby, and Couch Park within a few blocks.

The Civic has few amenities, but that helps keep the HOA dues lower than comparably priced buildings. There is a stylish lobby with full-time concierge/attendant for added security.
